Intercooler-to-Turbo Hose – NCV3 OM642 (Driver Side)
Intercooler inlet hose (driver/turbo side). Inspect both hoses together; cracking causes loss of boost and limp mode.
Turbocharger Gasket Set – OM642
Turbo-to-exhaust manifold and downpipe gasket set for the OM642. Replace whenever turbo is removed.
Turbocharger Assembly – OM642 (Garrett)
Full turbocharger replacement for 3.0L OM642. Garrett-supplied unit; billet compressor wheel available. Symptoms: white/blue smoke, power loss, whine.
DEF (AdBlue) Injector – SCR
Diesel exhaust fluid injector for the SCR (BlueTEC) system. Failure causes fault codes, reduced power, or no-start if DEF tank reads empty.
DEF Tank Heater / Level Sensor Assembly
Combined DEF tank heater and level/temp sensor. Heater failure in cold weather causes fault codes and can prevent engine start. Common VS30 issue.
NOx Sensor (Upstream/Downstream) – BlueTEC
NOx sensor for SCR emissions system. Upstream and downstream variants differ. Failure triggers CEL, limp mode, and disrupts AdBlue dosing.
SCR Catalytic Converter (AdBlue Catalyst)
Selective catalytic reduction catalyst in the exhaust aftertreatment system. Failure causes persistent fault codes and engine derate.
Fuel Injector Copper Seal Ring – OM642
Copper crush washer sealing injector to cylinder head. Failure causes "black death"—combustion gas and carbon tar buildup. Replace at every injector removal.
Fuel Injector Copper Seal Ring – OM651
Injector seat copper seal for OM651 2.1L. Same failure mode as OM642 version. Replace whenever injector is removed.
Fuel Injector – OM651 2.1L (Bosch)

Front stabilizer/anti-roll bar end link. Common wear item; failure causes clunking over bumps. Replace in pairs.
Front Lower Control Arm Bushing
Rubber bushing for front lower control arm. Cracking and deterioration causes wandering steering and clunking over bumps.
Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly – Front
Front wheel bearing/hub assembly. Failure indicated by humming/growling that changes with steering angle.
Wheel Bearing Hub Assembly – Rear
Rear wheel bearing assembly. Common mileage-related failure. Replace if play detected or humming present.
Tie Rod End (Outer)
